History:

Daniel LaRusso has just moved from New Jersey to Reseda, CA (a neighborhood in Los Angeles) and is having a hard time adjusting to life in the new city. He’s promised a swimming pool and a nice house, but when they get there, it’s anything but pleasant. He meets a beautiful blonde girl, but encounters a gang of thugs who make his life a living hell. This further weakens Daniel’s spirit as he just wants to go home.

Daniel is new in town and is being picked on by the local bullies, all of whom are skilled in karate. Determined to stand up for himself, Daniel begins to teach himself karate, only to discover that the caretaker at his apartment appears to be a master of karate. Agreeing to teach Daniel, Mr. Miyagi tells Daniel that there is more to karate than violence, and perhaps the best way to solve his problem with bullies is at the All Valley Karate Championship.
