Story Line:

Justin, a college freshman, becomes interested in a social activism group led by Alejandro and his girlfriend Cara. The group plans a trip to the Amazon rain-forest to stop a company from cutting down and destroying the ancient native tribes there; The goal is to film crews logging in with cell phones and stream the footage to raise awareness. Justin suggests that she can draw attention to the issue through her father, a United Nations lawyer. The operation is funded by a drug dealer named Carlos, who takes a group of students to Peru via plane. They arrive in the Amazon and go to a logging site where they begin their protest, bulldozing themselves while filming loggers chopping down trees. A private militia arrives, and the protest goes viral on the Internet when Justin is nearly killed by a militia officer. The group is arrested, but Carlos pays the police to let them go. As the plane takes off, it crashes into the woods, killing Carlos.
