Clive Nicoli and Elsa Cast are scientists at Newstead Pharmaceuticals, researching the splitting of DNA from different animals to create new genetic creatures and find medical benefits for mankind. They have just created the hybrid Ginger and Fred, and now they intend to stitch together human DNA to change the genetic structure of their experiment. When senior management stops their experiment, they decide to move on in secret and they create a life form with human characteristics.
