story:

David, his narcissistic sister Mia and his friends Eric, Olivia and Natalie travel to a stateroom that was meant to spend a few days with his parents. Mia promises to stop using drugs and Olivia, a nurse, promises to help Mia with her abstinence. They discover a hidden dungeon teeming with witchcraft and the Book of the Dead, and Eric reads it and inadvertently summons an evil force. Mia, Olivia and Natalie are evil and Eric reads the book and tries to figure out how to destroy the demon.

It had all the elements to make it a great but modern film with enough modern elements to blow you away.
