Movie Plot: In the preface, Socialite Tucker and Esther Kobalpot give birth to a perverted child, Oswald. Frustrated by his presence and wild slander, he imprisoned the baby in a cage and eventually threw him into the gutter, where he was discovered by a family of penguins at Gotham Zoo.
Thirty years later, millionaire Max Shrek proposed to build a power plant to supply energy to Gotham City, although it was opposed by the city’s mayor. During Shrek’s speech, Gotham is attacked by an abusive former circus troupe, the Red Triangle Gang. Despite Batman’s efforts to stop the violence, Shrek is abducted and taken to a sewer, where he meets Oswald Kobalpot, the gang’s secret leader, now known as the Penguin. The penguin blackmailed Shrek with evidence of his corporate crimes to help bring Shrek back to the surface and he confessed. Meanwhile, Shrek’s secretary, Selena Kyle, reveals the real purpose of Shrek’s power plant to drain his energy and bring the city under Shrek’s control. Shrek pushes her out the window to calm her down, but she survives the fall and vows to avenge the catwoman’s upbringing.
