Movie Plot: As a kid in Gotham City, Bruce Wayne falls into a dry well and is attacked by a swarm of bats, causing him to become afraid of bats. Participating in the opera with his parents, Thomas and Martha, Bruce is intimidated by the actors as a bat and told to leave. Outside, the mogul who murdered The Children Bruce’s parents in front of him and the orphan Bruce is raised by the family’s butler Alfred Penworth.
Fourteen years later, Chill was arrested after testifying against mafia boss Carmine Falcon. Bruce intends to cool off, but one of the Falcon’s assassins does so first. Bruce’s childhood friend, Rachel Davis, stopped him from working outside the justice system and said he would be ashamed if his father knew him. After confronting Falcon, who tells him the real power comes from danger, Bruce spends the next seven years coping with world training and sinking into the criminal underworld. He meets Henry Ducard in a Bhutanese prison, recruiting him into the League of Shadows, led by Ra’an al-Gulal. After completing his training in ninja methods and overcoming his fears, Bruce realizes that the league wants to destroy Gotham in addition to saving the city. Bruce denies the league and its decision that murder is necessary, burning his temple during his escape. The wreckage causes Rana to die, while Bruce rescues the unconscious Dakard.
